I.K. Greenstreet has long experience in providing practical legal advice on matters relating to international and national commercial, corporate, contractual, financial and administrative law. Over the years, Mr Greenstreet has advised and negotiated many matters on behalf of clients and has been instructed in reviewing, advising and drafting of contracts and other legal documentation including mortgage deeds and secondary security documentation, term loan agreements and bond documentation in England and Ghana.
His long experience has also been brought to bear in the analysis of issues and the issuance of various legal opinions, briefs, reports and correspondence in the public and private sector. He has also acted as company secretary to Boards ensuring observation of and compliance with the laws, rules and regulations governing the procedure and conduct of organisations in Ghana, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance of records of members, directors and shareholder meetings, the observation of reporting requirements to the relevant authorities and generally ensuring regulatory compliance.
Mr Greenstreet is a barrister of England & Wales having been admitted in 1988 to Inner Temple and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 1997. He holds an LLB from Essex University 1987.
